I'm looking at 3-4 different developments. All of which are arguably under-appreciated, which means they're probably priced correctly for right now.

I'm stating that I've been informed that to mitigate most Capital Gains pain, you should live where you want to invest. . . unless you actually form an outside LLC that would go in with other folks on 1031 exchanges. . .

I'm stating a 1031 tax difference would benefit you very much.. it's how I plan to go about realestate for sure.
