I'm also interested in these e-book thingys. Let me know what you think of it when you get one!

I'm going to have to wait until I get a job, but at this point I'm leaning toward the Kobo - $100 less than the Kindle seems like a no-brainer, but I'd also like some reviews, which is hard since it's not out yet.

I'm happy with my Kindle. I have a few friends (and an ex-wife) with the Nook. No real experience with the others...
I'm asking, is it wierd to not turn pages? Also, can you share books with other people? (I'm assuming not, but thought I'd ask )

That does make it hard, when it's not out yet!

I'm hoping the tests indicate nothing particularly nasty.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed, too...

I'm saying you get used to clicking to turn pages. I still read "real" books, but there is a convenience factor to having so many books in so little space. No, the Kindle doesn't support loaning books. I expect that functionality will come along sometime, but it's not there yet. I DO believe the Nook supports that functionality...and it, too, has a nice form factor.

I'm pointing out this page for Kobo's own comparison chart...

I'm trying to muster up the will to survive Maundy Thursday and Good Friday rehearsals.
