I'm saying my dad (in Woodinville) just switched last week from Verizon to Comcast because he was unhappy with Verizon. Hopefully he will have better luck with Comcast but thus far he isn't any happier.

Both- think of it like using a t-mobile 3g modem for all of your internet needs. Issues ranged from no reception in some parts of the apartment, to having full reception and no service, to having randomly changing reception and service on par with an EDGE modem

Probably the most comical thing about it was that the modem was sensitive to it's position in the apartment.
