I'm thinking Those numbers don't work in your favor.

Think about it, 70-96 days of fertility out of 365 days/yr, 98.5% effectiveness. And, that's not even the right way to run the stats, 200 people on the pill, 1 gets pregnant. 400k people in city, 200k female, 50k female and mating, 750 potential babys.
