I'm wondering what from? Coming down from the "high" of the massage or PT? I have that problem from time to time when being treated for an injury...you feel good for a span of time and then it sort of "wears off" and you feel the pain again. This is a process...it should hurt a little bit less each time until you're back to where you want to be...
