i'm noting that it's a 15 month (up from 11 the last time i spoke to the project manager) internship..

basically i'm working in a business area three paygrades higher than mine but keeping my existing rate.

I'm hoping to bolster employment in the Seattle area. If not, I still wouldn't mind relocating to DC...but this is becoming less of an immediate possibility...
