I'm noting that some of my coworkers have been asked to do a different job for a few weeks to handle staffing issues we may have in the beginning of the year...

We spend millions forecasting ops costs, call volume, etc... they couldn't get this one right?

Oh well, I think I'm not going to be impacted by this.. just more of a nuissance if anything.
