I'm recommending a search on "Biddle, Tina Louise" as well.

I'm saying Indiana's website is the first that I've seen that gives an exact address. Most just give a general idea like "400 block of 1st street." Indiana also gives the name and address of their employers as well.

I'm pretty sure Michigan's site gives exact addresses as well.

I don't really like Indiana's site... no ability to search by Zip, or employer for that matter (it'd be interesting to check up on coworkers).

I'm thinking based on the employers listed, that Ft Wayne is a pretty industrious city. Several of these offenders work for pipe fitters, fabrication shops and other similar employers.

I'm also thinking the food service industry is popular with these offenders as well. I've seen a couple Burger Kings, an Arby's, Papa Johns and a couple other pizza joints.

*edit* KFC and TGIF as well.

I'm saying this is a dying industrial city, like so many mid-sized cities in the NE and Midwest. When you look at our education results, they're pretty mediocre - lots of under-/un-educated people. Thus the above results.

My company employs 1300 or so here, but at one time (late 70s) they employed over 15,000. When the plant shut (10,000 or so people layed off at the same time in 1981) it pretty much killed the city, and it has not really recovered (and never will). There are certainly cities worse off - we have a pretty good medical field here, for example.

I'm also noting there is no shortage of food places here...
