I'm saying the lot (if I get the house and the lot) is HUGE...14,810 square feet. Plenty of space for a good summer BBQ...

I'm sayin' thanks for the luck. This will be a cool project house if it works out. It's also on the historic register for Steilacoom, which is kinda cool.
