I'm telling you that the seller agreed to a closing date of May 1 or earlier...but probably pretty close to May 1. In addition, there is a provision that they can rent back the house from me for up to 2 weeks with an absolute move-out date of May 16.

I'm planning to be living here by the end of May, since that's when I give up the lease on my current place.
