and btw.. May?? that's a REALLY long escrow!!!! shit, even 30 days has been getting too long down here...

I'm telling you that the long closing was a conscious decision for both the seller and myself. I'm stuck in a lease until the end of May and the seller is an older gentleman that needed some extra time to find a new place to move with his semi-ill wife.
