I'm telling you that there is nob and tube wiring still in the house that I had to disclose to them. That's an insurance risk and they have to have one of their underwriters evaluate my request.

I'll be updating the wiring this summer, so they said it shouldn't be a problem...but I have to wait for the official answer.

 

I'm filling out "requests for quotations" from the County Commissioners office.

 

I'm going for it...
