(if you pause a WMP video it restarts at the beginning, WTF) NO full screen...and did I mention it sucks? ....Real player is a tad better for the MAC...Quicktime may be a bit tof a hog but no one else offers full screen (with very little artifacting), pausing, stereo, etc ,etc on the MAC. And yes I realize why this is.

That sounds like WMP 2 or 3 for windoze. They're on WMP 10 now

Real player on WinXP is by far the worst media player. I can't even begin to extol how bad it sucks. I'd sell my PC and buy a mac if my only choices were quicktime and real.
Thankfully there is a real alternative to Real.
