i'm really upset right now 
a new client we got is a complete disaster because her last real estate agent royally screwed her over
we're trying to salvage her last investment, but the old agent screwed her over so badly, she's gonna lose around $50k...
how can some people have the conscience to do that?

I'm wondering why after hearing my voice mail (which shockingly starts "Hello you've reached the voice mail of..." and finishes off by stating when I'll return to the office) someone is so effing stupid that they talk as though I've actually picked up the phone. AND why they would call 4 times in the space of 24 minutes.
