i'm also glad i didn't get a ticket for a 113 in a 35 when i got pulled over sunday, but i'm wondering if the cop could give me a ticket anyway because he's a school cop and i wasn't in a school zone

I'm clarifying it's an out of state ticket, so deferring the ticket isn't an option, and neither is school (used up that option already).

I'm debating if it's worth wasting a day of vaction to fight it on a couple technicalities in the officer's writeup (visibility, misspelled name, etc).

i'm saying my neighbor got his ticket dismissed (70 in a 35) because the cop wrote the wrong address on the ticket

I'm noting there are 3 mistakes on the ticket... misspelled first name, model year of the car, and visibility conditions.

That really sucks. Someone's used AP1 isn't the same and a new AP1 isn't an option.
