I'm trying to figure out how I am going to come up with all the money to cover the renovations for the house by Christmas or sooner...
I'm suggesting a home equity loan?

I'm telling Brant that his upcoming nuptuals will introduce him to a life of needing to find money

I'm trying to avoid a home equity loan at the moment, as I want to save my credit for a few other endeavors...but that is a very good suggestion.

I'm telling you that I don't need nuptuals to introduce me to that reality.

Between the new Chevy Tahoe and the repairs on the house, I've got a lot of newly incurred debt. To be fair, however, I would have the house repair debt even if Robyn weren't around...

I'm saying debt is a double edged sword.
