I'm suggesting that you check with your insurance company. When I was in an accident which was the other drivers fault, the guys insurance companydragged their feet on the settlement. My insurance company ended up going after his insurance company in court but they did pay for my repairs while they litigated. Bad part was the fact that NJ is a no fault state so I was found partially at fault for just being in my car on that day.

 

I'm giving the supervisor till the end of today to return my phone call. Then they can talk to my lawyer!
