I'm letting Jeff know that my questions were:
1-Where is the father?
2-If she was 15, was the father over 18? If so-how come he wasn't charged with having sex with a minor?
3-Is the father going to be forced to pay child support for the next 18 years or, once again-will the taxpayers raise that child?
