I'm even happier now that I nabbed that

 

I'm suffering through Monday.

 

I'm thinking filling out "motivation and personality profiles" as a requirement for applying for a mid-management level job is really stupid, a complete waste of my time and energy, and a turnoff about the company.

 

I'm thinking such profiles are probably demotivators.
