Add to that 5 minutes in line to get into the queue, 15 minutes in the queue (listening to some kid throw his matchbox car at his brother), 10 minutes on the phone trying to track down my dad's SS# because the state of Indiana once again f'ed up my title, 15 minutes for the lady to dig up the paper copy of my personalization request because the new multi million dollar computer system doesn't track them (I dozed off at the counter during this phase), and 5 minutes to complete the transaction while I told another BMV worker and her customer where the registration stickers go on a boat. FFS!
