I'm saying unfortunately I don't know enough (or anything), to deal with claims... I just know i need to light the fire under someones ass to get moving.

i'm thinking the insurance industry should start doign flat rate for it's workers....more claims you get done more $$$ which makes both the workers and the customers happy
