I'm not 100% sure, lawyers will try anything.


I'm waiting for the lawyers to sue the landscape company for allowing the trees to get that tall.

I'm noting that a civil lawsuit would be very easy to win in this case, since you'd basically be suing for negligence. Lower standards to win this than a criminal case.
