I'm noting that I have the same problem... but I'm getting extremely frustrated with the customer service, the response time, the excessive pending of funds, and who the hell still charges online banking fees?

I'm noting my bank's fee structures are quite reasonable... otherwise I would have left them.

I'm noting that tomorrow I'm going in to switch my bank account.... only thing that sucks is my current debit card gets me air miles....
