I'm wondering why the local news feels it necessary to have a 1 1/2 hour broadcast every night at 5:00 PM.

I'm saying my sister lived in Ballard for a while. Fairly nice place and convenient to downtown.

I'm noting Ballard is near Casa del Rat. I'm not a huge fan of living there. Parking is woefully lacking and everything is priced much higher than the area merits, IMO.
