Depends which interface you like more? Overall usability? Ease of install?

(I seriously don't know. . . if I ever get a S again, I'd get gears and change the pads, and that's pretty much it).

i go to socal every couple of months and would hate driving a geared S on the hwy for 4 hours

If I went to SoCal every couple of months, I'd take the E . . . unless it were an S event.
