a friend of mine owns a recruiting company and has no vacation policy. his theory is, if his people need to take time, take the time...

he has a staff of 10 though so i guess he can afford to have a lax policy like that..


which reminds me..i'm pretty much off every friday in july..

 

I used to work for a company that had a similar approach .... the rule was you could take whatever time off you wanted, as long as you got all your work done ...
