I once sent XVIPER some See's Candy for Christmas & the FREAKIN CUSTOMS opened it AND took a piece out

guess they were just making sure it was in deed candy & not drugs or sumtin

Not sure if the same contest runs in the American Tim Horton's (coffee place) but here, during "Roll up the Rim" your coffee/tea comes in a specially marked cup. When you're finished drinking it, you physically roll up the rim of the cup to see if you win anything. Usually the top prize is a car but you can win other stuff from BBQs to donuts.
