There are 3 tunnels across the harbour now, and the western tunnel, which costs HK$10 more than the others, is rarely busy, because everyone wants to save the 10 bucks. Sod the fact that they have to sit in traffic for half an hour wasting gas

10 years ago there were two. The 3rd one was built for the opening of the new airport.
