dammit i'm going to have to get sushi tonight!!!

i never mix wasabi in with soy sauce. it's all about the topping and i like to mix it up with the ginger and wasabi.

i don't know what the truth to this statement is, but i heard that you should eat ginger after you eat the sushi, to cleanse the palet

but i like putting it on top of the sushi to add to the taste

That's supposedly what it's for. But pure ginger tastes like ass to me, so it just makes me eat faster.
