Mrs. Adalsteinsson agrees Mr. and Mrs. Adalsteinsson looked into buying a home a few years ago, but decided that the loan terms offered made them uncomfortable. The rates offered where good, but the terms scared Mrs. Adalsteinsson. She is happy that she is living where she is now, she loves renting from her AWESOME landlords
