Shareall is pointing out that, according to amazon, she can only pre-order the textbook since it's supposedly not being released until mid-October. Innnnnnterestingly, the school bookstore is fully stocked with the book (same, newest edition). This whole textbook racket is

 

Pete thinks textbooks should be delivered on a Kindle. While you'd have to shell out for the hardware in the first year, the books over 4 years would MORE than justify the cost. And then it'd be easier to carry your books around with you.

 

Cheryl is inclined to agree. Sadly it's not practical for those who started in the pre-Kindle days and only have 3 terms left.

 

Debbie (Garys wife) loves her Kindle...

 

Pete also loves his kindle.

But he has no textbooks on it.

 

But he DOES still have 1984 on it, despite Amazon's douchiness.
