Mike is telling C that last week he kept waking up at 3:15 or so no matter what time that he went to bed.

Holy cow that sucks. Maybe now your body's in the habit of waking up at that time? C was taking some sleeping pills for awhile and they helped her get to sleep, but not stay asleep.
