shareall has been following a pretty good sleep hygiene routine, but continues to wake up multiple times in the night.

 

mom has been having the waking up problem as well & the LOUD Wind did not help last night

 

shareall thinks that sucks. Did she tell you she had a very rude awakening about a week ago? It snowed and she woke up to what sounded like an airplane directly over her house...It was the snowplow. ...And then she realized: she hasn't lived in town for several years, so she hasn't heard a plow.
