Let me all remind you all that James is an integral part of our "community" 
AND that he is away from his FP literally at least 2 out of 4 wks a month...does that sound appealing to you?? AND the cost of living is MUCH higher there! Try the fact that something like an 1800 square foot place to live costing almost $800,000 USD!
