I think I saw MSH when we were flying into SEA. There were quite a few big mountains to the south and the silly pilot didn't point out which mountain was which. I had an aisle seat so I couldn't get any photographic proof for reference.
Coming from the east, it's pretty rare to pass over MSH. A fairly common route takes you over Mt Baker and then into Seattle from the North. Otherwise you would sweep over Rainier and then bank into Seattle from the South. In this case, you would see Rainier nearby, MSH and Adams (which are parallel to each other) distantly, and maybe Hood if it's a clear day. If you flew up from LA or SF, you would pass over a lot, as Gina said - Laasen, Shasta, the Sisters, Hood, Adams + MSH, and Rainier...

What flight were you on?

We flew over what I thought was the Columbia river but that would mean we were coming from the south but that doesn't make sense. It must have been a different river. When we were closer to Seattle we banked near Husky stadium and pretty much followed I-5 down past Boeing etc. which meant we were coming from the north at that point. Hard to really tell because there was an older Japanese gentlemen in the window seat so I had to bob and weave around his head to see out of the window.

nothing much to see but looking good. I wonder what's up with the last Redoubt cam?
