Well I was!

First of all if you don't ask for "hot tea" they'll give you unsweetened ice tea And then in a lot of places they'll bring you a teapot of hot water (appropriate) AND a teacup full of semi warm water. The never serve it with milk either

I find it all very frustrating, being an avid tea drinker like I am.

Add milk if required.

Ice tea? more like

 

Although some people think I'm strange because I drink my tea black.
