WSB - I know what you mean. Being away from work can do wonders for your health!

Well Motoo, if you were anywhere near here, you'd have a better shot. :rawr:

Martin - I do have a garage, however my father's motorcycle, summer tires, tools, milling machine, etc., etc. are in there. My next door neighbour has so kindly offered half of her heated garage to store the newly acquired S!

Now the offer's sounding very attractive. What kind of motorcycle? Milling machine? Way cool - someday I want to start a small shop, a mill, a lathe, welder, English wheel, and slip rollers and just have fun fabricating cool bits.

Ahhh I could use a right about now, but I have a family to go visit and I don't think that would be a good idea. I'll wait until I get home.

The motorcycle's the one he used to drag race - an '88 (?) Sportster. He of course keeps his street bike tucked away in his own tiny garage.
[bragging]My dad's creative that way too - he could spend hours telling you all the things he fabricated/created/modifed for both his bikes. He's a wise man! [/bragging]
