Knoxville is OK, but I'm more a fan of the generally unpopulated area south and east of the city. And I definitely do NOT include Alcoa in that statement.

Are you referring to possibly the classiest Hooters ever that's there? One of the first times I was there we saw this kid, who looked about 9 or 10 having his birthday there. I suppose it's standard fare for the area but jeez...
