I try to use my Do Not Disturb button minimally since it generally makes the work pile up even more! It would be different if I didn't have to case note every conversation/interaction I have!

No that's why I do answer the phone! Instead of just dealing with the caller and casenoting it, I'd have to listen to the message, then casenote it, then play phone tag, ALL of which I have to casenote.
