When I was younger we used to always go to the same bar on the weekends. I'd go up to the bar and the bartender would say "The usual?" I'd say "Yup." He'd pour me a double vodka and cran and charge me for a single. 
Those were the good ol' days! 
My favorite bartender does the same, every 3rd drink is free.
