I'd contact CrashBoy's parents and inform them of the cost to replace your bush and the other damage.

Problem is that they're youth - which means they can't be identified. Only way I could find out who they are is to attend court that day.

I just don't know if it's worth it for a few hundred bucks, assuming that's what the work costs...I'll have to make some calls tomorrow and see.
