I wondered why there was such a back-up at the border crossings this morning - now I understand

 

yup..i think the reason why it's such a busy weekend is because people come back home to visit family..especially college kids.. (like my sis ). so it's nice to go out with them, hang out, etc........ it's also, unfortunately a huge DD night so I usually call it an early night and go to a friends place and we all crash there.


ah... i didn't know how long they were up in canada-land...

hey.. speaking of canada.. i wonder why work wouldn't give me today off..

Here it's typically the weekend that people close their cottages...which means total road chaos.

You should tell work that your Canadian wifey thinks it's discriminatory that you didn't have today off.

 

My family thanksgiving usually involves drinking, gambling, and watching football. Oddly enough, my grandparents encourage it. After that, I go to the bar to visit my dad.



But they still won't let my brother and I deep fry the damn turkey!
