I know it's sooo unrealistic anyway, but the rehab part really cheesed me. Firstly I'm not aware that any doctors facilitate group sessions in rehab. Secondly they don't (or at least they shouldn't) be wearing white coats. Finally, and possibly the worst part, is that it would be sooooooooooooooooo inappropriate to tell a patient in a group session that she's ready to go home. I know...I need to let it go.

Stuck here all day for office coverage. There's one other person here in my team room. It's going to be a damn long day of being in front of the computer and attempting to do paperwork. How's that for an excessively long answer?
