btw... no joke.. this week, i've had my name spelled Motto 3 times at work.. all by managers who I have at least 2 years of experience working with..

wtf..

 

 

that's impressive, but man, that would take me 2 hours to type, let alone figure out how to read that..

That doesn't surprise me ... there are friends of ours that have known Lesley for like 12 years and STILL spell her name Leslie

(Though I have to admit I have spelt it like that once, on a birthday card but that was a long time ago )

 

yeah.... always cracks me up when i see my name goofed..

ah... better be a long time ago... for some reason i've always spelled it lesley... unless they told me it was spelled the other way..

 

In the UK, Leslie is the male spelling - but it is a reasonably common name for a guy, so people tend to think of the male spelling .....
