Uhh, not really sure. After I started tracking everything I cut a few things out of my diet, and I dropped from ~230 to 222, but I stopped there and have been stable between 222 and 224 for about 3 months. But this week I weight 223, 222.5, 222.2, and this morning it was 219.0. Been a totally normal week (3x hockey games, normal diet).
