Speaking of awesome concert venues...My friend is going to see Dave Matthews Band at the Gorge. Also, I've signed up for concert notifications for Red Rocks. There have been a couple cool acts, but none worth getting on a plane for.

 

I think any band at the Gorge or Red Rocks will be amazing

Dave is kind of a fixture there and I'm sure your friend will have an awesome experience
I've not seen him there only once indoors and it was not DMB just D&friends accoustic so not IMO

Hmmmmm I should try to remember who ALL I've seen there guess the faves were when accompanied by either my 's twice and of course some LG I know that enjoys a few of the artists I do

GORGECON or REDROCKSCON would've been awesome for sure. I'd forgotten DMB plays the Gorge fairly regularly. I've wanted to go to Red Rocks since I heard the live U2 album, but it hasn't really been feasible. Now I just need to be patient until I find someone I like enough to travel out there.
