It was dark and damp. I could hear Kevin upstairs. Oh, no, here he comes! "It puts the lotion on its skin" he says. He then goes back upstairs. Keep quite! I told myself. I have been planning my escape for sometime now and finally my plan can be put into action. He has been feeding me only dry catfood, so my strength is weak. I know I can do it!. He will be asleep soon. I saved a piece of my dry catfood and used it to jam the lock on the door. I wait.....and wait more... Finally he is asleep. I make my move. Quietly I move through the house, stealthy like a ninja. I make no sound. I see the door! Almost! Almost there, I tell meself. I slowly pull the door open. Oh no! it is squeaking. Just calm down I tell myself. Do it quick, like a Band-Aid. I do. Free! Free at last.....
