Looks good! Never thought about the boiled eggs - good idea. Mornings aren't really my thing (at least when it comes to work ) - so I need easy things to eat or it's never gonna happen.

I've gotten to the point where on the weekends I chop up/prepare everything I want for breakfast/lunch for the week and put them in containers, that way in the morning I just grab a container and go! It helps me

Good idea. I just don't like the idea of "wasting" weekend time - especially since we've had record-breaking weather lately. That's right - I can find ANY excuse not to prepare food. I'd rather clean my toilets than cook/prepare food.
