Baja style is with monterey jack chese, guacamole (non enema form), and pico de gallo. First time trying Baja Fresh and it wasn't too bad. Kind of like a Chipotle ripoff but with more choices. Next time I'm trying the Mahi Mahi burrito.

Baja Fresh has been around here for years - way longer than Chipotle.

. . . yes, I know, I was flinging crap.

I don't blame you for eating at either Baja Fresh or Chipotle; any Mexican restaurant in your neck of the woods is suspect. . .

. . . I had good Mexican once on Strong Island, but it was obviously prepared by Salvadoreans.

True. Near work is a pretty good somewhat authentic Mexican place called Rosa Mexicano. http://www.rosamexicano.com/

Dos Caminos is supposed to be good as well. http://www.brguestrestaurants.com/restaura..._park/index.php

This place isn't bad for Mexican from a cart. http://midtownlunch.com/2010/03/01/el-rey-...od-from-a-cart/

But there is definitely a lack of good Mexican in this area.

There again, as I pointed out to an ex-gf,

"You judge a Chinese place based on how many Jewish doctors are in there. I tend to go by how many Chinese people are in there."
