As of today the cafeteria (run by Morrison's) is closed for remodeling. Over the next few months patient meals will be prepared in a temporary kitchen facility which is too small to support employee and visitor meals. So now we are limited to a grill that has ok pizza, decent burgers, fair sandwiches (including pressed), spagetti, and an "action station" that prepares weekly specials ranging from a potatoe bar to taco salads to pasta with vegitables. The pasta is really good. You specify ingredients (shrimp, chicken, ham, crawfish, garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms, brocoli, etc....any or all of the above, fettucini or fisilli pasta, alfredo or marinara sauce. I look forward to pasta week but it only comes around every couple of months.

Today? Probably a turkey/swiss panini.
